    any of the nexus based bots are the best by far

    rsbotting
    oembots
    autofighter.org
    ect

    rsbuddy and powerbot are free ones but very untrusted and have had bad historys

    Nexus based bots are paid, that means they have low banrate. And they are flawless.

    They all use the same client, just made by different scripters.
