Need simple rune buyer...

I would like to buy water runes in port sarim rune shop in ftp. I have seen scripts that can do this, but i want to be able to pick a max price that a want to pay for example "15gp each". Once the shop price reaches this price, the script shouldn't buy them until they are cheaper again.(To prevent me overpaying for them) I'm not asking for anything complicated like a world hopper or anything(although that would be great if some1 has one like this). Please don't flame me with "nub learn to script this yourself" because this is a script requests forum, and I am making a simple enough request.
