PROBLEM (NOT?) SOLVED/
delete this topic - i talked to someone over msn and we tried what im now considering literally everything.
HOWEVER he suggested i buy an ethernet cable splitter and hook up my internet like that, which is a great idea considering i only have 2 computers, i can totally eliminate the router
so until i get that ethernet cable splitter the problems not solved but when i do, ill be one happy little noob
