Well after reading this it does look like you will be recieving a court order. This is a very serious offense and as someone stated above if they failed to report this they could be sued. So to sum it up, your boned.

Well if they go through the trouble to send you that email and actually quote which law and section you are breaking chances are your not off the hook. If they tell you their going to send you a subpoena and pursue action chances are they are going to.

I got banned because I was flagged for nudity, and it's probably a mandatory email.

I'm guessing it's an automatic email sent to everybody banned for breaking that rule.

Nobody is going to waste the money to bring a case against a teenager for flashing his sac on stickam.
