Yo i or some of my workers can do this job with no problem!

Str 99 and Ranged 90= 125m

Ranged 99 and str 90 - 98m

Let me know, I can start asap anytime, also please have dharoks on the account or chins/blowpipe with darts + scales. 11200+ Nmz points to start or prayer potions to start NMZ with, also leave around 5-12m on the account for coffer, more scales and darts, and to repair Dharoks armor. Let me know what you think and pm me! Thanks I'd love to help out!

I am only 42 def and I won't raise that

Thats understood, so no dharoks, supply the account with the same, besides dharoks, can use abyssal bludgeon, or next best str bonus weapon, and a gmaul for power surge. Recently got a TWC because of a misunderstanding with one of my workers and a customer, please click on it to understand why, no problem!
