UPDATE from when every left..... We called petsmart back and some other chick pickedup so we told her we didn't know the person name because she hung up on us and she said there was only 1 other person there and she just walked away... Being the king people we are we said forget about the complaint and let us just talk to her again..she said she didn't have anything to say ROFL.
