    completed RFD up to dragon gloves
    all major quests are shown
    also has a guilded altar in its POH, teleporters including Kharyll, carrock, camelot, falador, and aradougne. It has a lectern and a demon butler.
    has korasi sword, 3 chaotics, ancient curses, full void knight elite and 5 99s.

    please tell me about how much it is worth (RSGP) Im considering selling it after 99 dung and 99 defense.

    When it will be 99 dung and 99 defense, I'd say 250M, no more, considering you have a low amount of vouches.

    For now, 150M.

    If you can get 50+ vouches, it would help you selling it for ~400M when maxed.
