Need new password 4 weeks now....

Ok... I have been waiting 4 weeks with absolutely NO help... Here is a recap of what you missed, I have posted "2" threads about trying to get a simple password change to jd 365, it IS my account and it HAS been proven V.I.A same IP and same email account "that was registered" but strangly when i go to recover new password the email account said its not registered, I havnt been on this site on 2 years so idk if that has anything to do with it. My email address is "[email protected]" you can send new password to that email that email was also registered to the account before it said that it wasnt registered, if that makes any sense. And for those mods who say "make a new account and ill send you a new password" I CANNOT MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT, when I tried it gave me the message screen "THere are already two accounts registered onto this IP, jd365 and jd 365"
