Need msn help pls!!

well i downloaded new msn to play games and after i played one game it now when i try to gointo a convo with someone just makes the convo perm minimised so i cant communicate, is really annoying and cant fix tried restarting comp,uninstalling and reinstalling, and installing a dif version

any help appreciated
