Need more OMM's?We can't just appoint people to be OMM unless they complete the application (nor would we want to just be appointing random members to be OMMs) and deranking current OMMs wouldn't solve any problems. Also, 300m for a maxed account sounds like a scam, I wouldn't trust the guy
