Need Mod: Can I sell this guide?

I need mods to answer this question for me.

Can i sell a guide on how to exploit PayPal? I came up with this method on my own. The guide doubles your money every time you do it. I aren't using any dodgy sites, it just uses the PayPal website.

I just need an answer if i can sell the guide. Just because it is kind of taking advantage of PayPal, but still it AWESOME. So could a mod please tell me if i can sell it.
