How are you planning to get it to 99 hp off 97str fam?

You will need to get either 99 range + like 5m xp on it for this to work with 99 hp.

75-96-75 will give around 87 hp. He will need 9m more xp to get to 99 hp which is like 28m total range xp actually I think...

Like I said before 75-99-75-99 is doable if I pile on extra str xp. Total cost will be 6 gp/xp required which is 240m total
