I am new to this rental industry so my pricing will reflect this while I continue to establish a reputation here on Sythe.

Staking account is infraction free.
Account comes with tentacle whip, it is your responsibility to check charges.
I will not help you to transfer gold to or from the rented account.
You will have to do it yourself. Rent money once paid is non-refundable.

Current Pricing:
Half Hours - 1.5M OSRS GP
Hourly - 2M OSRS GP
RSPS GP - Rate/RSPS to be discussed and confirmed at time of deal.

Terms of Service
1. You must have a Sythe account to rent.
2 A non deposit deal is only acceptable for trusted Sythe members.
3. I have the right to refuse an order.
4. Do not leave W302 Duel Arena.
5. No breaking in-game rules. (Commission staking, scamming, RWT, botting).
6. I am not liable for any wealth on the account if a ban occurs during your session.
7. No live-streaming.
8. Do not remove or destroy any items from the bank
