Ok I have actually figured out what we need now:

Then, once that's done could you make it look like a 50 caliber bullet is blowing through the skull (to the right). https://www.vetfriends.com/catalog/Images/467_pic_2.jpg

And finally, add the name Cryptic Killers to it (in some fancy [but readable] font)

Colours I'm workin looking for are blue black and silver (or just blue & black).
