Need legitimate Computer Parts.

I've been trying to find a good site to find a Toshiba L-45S4687 keyboard for my sisters laptop, and ordered one the other day from Ebay, but its been a month and still have not received the keyboard but I'd like to order another one from a legitimate source. Would anybody know a good parts store carrying this keyboard?

Those are some cheap ones I found also I'm looking for a legitimate business in the US to obtain the keyboard.
