need iDung assistance

so i just bought iDung on RsBuddy and i started it.

here is a picture of the settings im using.


I will not gain defense xp using these settings, correct?

but im using a rapier and it is just switching from slash to stab so far, both of which just level strength?

You won't get defence exp. Just be careful when leaving the dung, if you were on slash your option would be the defense option
