Need HTML Help :c (Usertitle)

Hello, I've been trying to put a custom usertitle under my name but it has been denied 2 times because my 0% html knowledge

Someone can fix my html code to make it work properly?

<p><a href="I will insert my thread link here"><em class="userTitle" itemprop="title"><span style="color: #33cc33; text-shadow: 0 0 .7em #248f24;"><b>Fast and Professional OSRS Services</b></span></em></a></p>

I want it to look like this:

The both times it got denied, got these comments:
Comments: Close all your tags.
Comments: This UT isn't complete. Please re-verify the whole thing is done.

Would appreciate the help, thanks

For next time, you don't need the paragraph (p) or em tags.

<a href="I will insert my thread link here"><span style="color: #33cc33; text-shadow: 0 0 .7em #248f24;"><b>Fast and Professional OSRS Services</b></span></a>

Thanks both of you!
