    Need help
    Hi guys,
    yesterday i got p*ssed off by some guy and i wanna do something funny to his comp.
    so i have decided to replicate a cracked lcd with an image but placing it just in the background would be too lame.

    i want to make it as real as possible, the image overlapping other programs such as web browsers

    any idea how do i do this?
