    Need help

    I didn't get enough sleep and right now it's 2:12 AM by the time I made this thread, I only slept for like 40-60 mins and it's not even sleep, it's just a little nap lol I'm only 15 and I'm a bit worried of the effects, should I just rest in the morning instead of going to school? or maybe I can just catch up tomorrow night (I'll sleep early like 8 am as I also sleep at 12 AM every night even though I have school tomorrow).

    I seriously need help, is there gonna be effects to me? The last time I didn't get enough sleep, I felt really weird.

    EDIT: I also feel a bit exhausted and it's pretty much scaring me as I've heard some news on the internet of some people who didn't slept at night just to play video games and the guy died in the morning. I also feel dumb right now like I can't properly think of the words to use to put on my thread.

    Have you guys ever experienced this?

    Need help

    You'll be fine. Go to school and then catch up on your sleep when you get home. You're definitely going to feel tired throughout your day. One night's loss of sleep isn't going to kill you just don't turn it into an everyday thing. :)

    Get some sleep when you can.

    As Drento said, go about your day if you can, tiredness effects everyone differently, however you definitely won't die from one nights loss of sleep. I currently work swing/grave mix shifts at work, and I find myself only getting 2-3 hours of sleep some nights, you feel like crap throughout the day but as soon as you catch up on your sleep, it will feel all that much better!

    Need help

    Should I go to gym this afternoon? I'm considering to go even though I'm not going to put 100% effort it's fine for me as if I don't go at all, I just skipped another workout day.

    Need help

    Going to the gym could be decent. If you totally tire yourself out, I guess you'll sleep better. But don't go over the top at the Gym and end up totally knackering yourself.
