Need help writing a cover letter

Hey guys, this isn't exactly homework, but I've never been the greatest writer and would really appreciate if someone would help me write a cover letter, in an effort to find a new part-time/full-time job. I'll provide any required information for the letter, I just need help arranging it to look presentable. Any tips to make my resume stand out more would be appreciated as well.
