Need help with something

I've sold a runescape account a while ago and the buyer contacted me that his email was compromised and that he lost his account. He is asking me to get it back but i told him to show proof of that he was compromised. Could you assist and that he shows you the proof? Not even sure if i am allowed to get it back? don't want to get banned for such thing..

Any1 who can give me an answer bout this situation?

 

Why do you need us to assist? Ask him to show the proof. If he's not willing to then don't recover the account.

If his account was indeed compromised then you have to help him getting it back.

 

I am not helping him because it sounds to phishy. He claimed in private message his email was compromised somehow and after speaking him on skype he was pretty sure i was the guy who compromised his email. He deleted me right after that.. maybe his account is hacked on sythe? He also didn't make a report thats what i asked him to do but he didnt
