Need Help With Rsbot / JDK ( JAVA )

Hey, I need someone to help me. When i try to add scripts and compile using rsbot, it says 'Javac' Is not recognizable as and internal, external, or operable batch file, press any key to continue... i press a key and cmd prompt closes. This also Happens when i try to open a Private server i play. I tried re-installing like 1000000 times... Please if you could help ill do anything ^^.
