need help with .RAR !! please help

whenever i try to use something involving a .RAR file it rejects the download and goes back to the open thing. so i click open again but it shows the IE pull up but goes straight back to the open thing it will not allow me to open .RAR

any ideas?

nvm got it figured out guess i needed winRAR. silly me.

 

Yes, silly you. If you ever need help like this again, just search for example "open .rar" on google. Always search around before posting. Also, double posting isn't allowed in case you didn't know.
