Need Help With Powerbot.org

[Wub to craft]

Hey everyone, I want to get Bloddy Cooker, so I can cook some fish, but I don't know how to get it on to my Rsbot? If anyone could help me, VIA teamviewer, or just tell me what to do, it would be much appreciated.
