Need Help With Paypal, Payng Well

hello i created new paypal acc and accidently choosed premier account type, and i got 120usd payment for my acc, and after 10 minutes my cash was temporary holded (wtf) and it says that i need to verifie tones of shit.. so i want to downgrade my acc type from premium to personal, how can i do that? if somone will help me i will PAY VERY WELL WITH PINS/RSGP/PAYPAL

M account is premier as well. Premier accounts are for sending AND recieving money. Your problem is not the type of account you have, it's the person you traded with. He filed a "claim" saying you did not give him the "goods"(account) he sent you money for. It's a common PayPal scam and you should learn how to do something called "Calim and Cancle". He basicly got a refund for his money saying you scammed him. As far as I know there is know way to get it back. When they said they were holding it they ment they were returning his money until your "resolve your problem with your customer".

w3e did claim and cancel. paypal put it under a temporary hold and now neither i nor he has the money.

 

most of people are telling that you reclaimed, becouse i dont get it why my acc got limited
