Need help with my F2P pure.

I just started a pure about an hour ago. Im currently:

Attack: 1
Strength: 1
Defense: 1
Ranged: 25
Magic: 1
Prayer: 1

So I was wondering. Should I make a ranged pure? Or a Range/2H? And if ranged pure, is it worth getting the 40Def for the Green d'hide body?

 

Well, range 2hers are owning in f2p since it can KO easier than just ranging normally with a range pure. And you're near the same combat level doing a range pure or range 2h pure, so I'd suggest range 2h. >_<

So what level should I get my range to before I work on attack?

 

I would get 67 range, you'd be able to hit around 12's without prayer. At 67 range, you will have about 55 hp, and 46 Cb.

Then, get 65 strength along with 40 attack, and keep your strength higher than your attack by at least 20 levels when training both of them. At 65 Strength, you'll be able to hit 18's with a R2h (with a str ammy equipped), and you'll have about 62 hp . By getting 67 range, and then 40 attack and 65 strength, you'll be at 49 combat.

I may upgrade this account to p2p. Would there be any stronger options for PVP if I do so?

 

Do you mean, if you were to go P2P, what ideal levels should you further go to?

 

That, or is there a better pure member's have options to.

 

I would personally make the pure a range/2h'er and make member to train in because i like f2p training a hell of a lot better than p2p, but thats just me.

70+ range
70+ defense (If not 40 is a must! for being a tank)
70+ strength
40+ attack (Stay at 40 if your f2p, If p2p at least level 60 attack for Dragon weapons. but 70 would be better for Saradomin Sword)

 

Range/2hers have always had a great advantage. I suggest you go for that.

 

Personally i'd suggest making it a range 2her. I have a f2p acc with 60/99/1 and Rangers do wreck me most of the time. Ranging is a lot faster than a rune scimitar.
