Stop using windows firewall. Go to control panel, secuirity options, and turn it off. If this does not work you probably have to reformat your computer as it may be a virus. This will leave your computer open once firewall turns off, but www.download.com can provide a affective free ware fire wall.

perhaps you blocked cookies? try receiving them and try to customize your firewall.if still can then try installing new browser or go to system restore and back your computer to a time when there is no trouble.i've done it many times if got problems in my pc or i mistakenly uninstalled programs..

when i sign in msn and trouble shoot it says key ports.

ive had the same problem. when i went to fix it i found a bkacground process of a firewall i uninstalled like a wekk before but the service was still running and since i didnt have the manager to let me unblock things it just kept blocking so i went redownloaded the firewall and all the warnings poped up i allowed them then it was fixed.

A firewall is blocking your ports. Do you have some sort of router firewall?
