right my computer security isnt working i can logg on to bebo.runescape.sythe
thats it no msn or ebay or anything can i have some suggestions without rebooting serious only vouch involved thanks

Turn you're fire wall off.

Go to Tools > Options .Security> exceptions , add the sites that you want on.

Alright, are you using firefox or not? Or just normal internet explorer?

I'm guessing you've ended explorer.exe.

Ctrl alt delete, new task, "explorer.exe" lets me know if thats it.


Wait, reading it properly, it's probably not, try deleteing your caches and private data?

Click start > settings > control panel > windows firewall click the exceptions tab and you should be able to add it there

and it doesnt say firewaLL WHEN I CLICK IT.

ok uh just click where it says "Display Notification if Windows Firewall blocks a program" and if a notification comes up when you try to access a site don't click anything, just tell me what it says, I'm messing with internet explorer right now to see what I can help you with on it, do you have any internet security programs on your computer? if so and your parents control it they could have blocked some sites =\

Ok in Internet Explorer click Tools > Internet Options > Security tab, click the icon that says "Restricted Sites", click the "Sites" button and make sure none of the sites you're trying to access are restricted. You could also try going to the Trusted sites icon and add the sites you want to go to to it.

still nothing the only main factor is msn i want to work do you know another way to get on msn like via the web??

ok, msn isn't working? go back to your firewall and make sure it's one of the exceptions
