need help with membership payment

When i try to sign up for a members account it says payment denied ive used 2 different cc and the same thing for all. It also says.......You are currently blocked from being able to pay with some payment methods, including credit cards. How do i become a member? Will using a pre paid runescape card make a difference? thanks

Austin you probably have negative credit from using pins that were scammed off of other people who didn't pay the SMS fee or another fee. The only way you can get it now after you got negative credit is to use a pre-paid card, such as Wallie, Ultimate Gamer Card, or a Runescape/Jagex card.

 

If you've ever went into negative membership, then you will be declined using a credit card.

I went into negative credit because someone with the same last 4 numbers of credit card refunded.

Not much you can do other then pay with paypal or phone payments.

Pay by phone is also a great and easy method. It just adds the amount to your phone bill.
