Need help with making a transaction!

Hey, so I recently agreed on a deal for an account of mine. I just started selling however, so I'm not sure how this works. Could someone walk me through the best way to do it? I'm pretty sure you send the amount to family/friends, then check your email to confirm. Is there anything else or is it that simple?

 

Send the money as services paid for, PayPal has buyer protection so if the account your purchasing does get recovered, you can at least attempt to get your money back. Also, I suggest hiring a middleman to make the trade smoother here:

Definitely use a middleman, even a free one with a decent amount of vouches. They can help you not get screwed over. If you're using Paypal, make sure you sell to a reputable member. Not that every new member is going to chargeback, but you are better off selling to known members if using Paypal. Good luck :+)

If you're selling the account, you could take Paypal from either Friends&Family/Services&Goods, it wouldn't really matter. You can also ask him to buy 07GP and trade you GP instead of Paypal, which would be a safer method for you.

That being said, you can easily take Paypal for your account and recover it if you get chargebacked; just make sure you aren't selling the account with any wealth on it. If you have gp, sell the gp first; this way if he charges you back you get most of what you paid for back.

I'm not selling the account, I'm selling a name. The name can be transferred (and will be). Is there any way to guarantee I don't get charge backed?

 

Easy; use a middle man and have the buyer pay with 07gp or btc. Neither of those payment methods can be charge-backed. Let the MM hold the 07/btc, give him the account with the name and get paid. Simple as that.

 

I made an invoice, dude tried to scam me with "Paypal Gift". No sell but scam averted so all is good.

 

Glad to hear. Have you considered using an alternate payment method to prevent the risk of this occurring again? PayPal is very risky.

 

zeppy would definitely recommend using a MM and selling names for gp which you could sell to reputable buyers for PayPal.
