    need help with making a private server
    ok i need alot of help. i am relativly new to the whole rs cheating world and i play moparscape ALOT. but i really want my own private server.

    1. what do i need to doawnload (if anything)

    2. how?

    3. i want it with like a ______.servegame.com ip or somthing along the line of that
