Need Help With Graphics Driver

Hi there,

I need help to update my graphics driver, just incase it is partially the cause for my
slowed down laggy gameplay. All I know is that I have AMD Radeon R7 integrated
graphics on this computer. It doesn't tell me wether I have R7 200/300 series or
anything like that, anywhere on my PC. I have diagnosed the manufacturer/model
number as seen on many guides, and I have found that I have:

1002 - Manufacture (AMD)
130F - R7 Graphics

there is NO WHERE at all where it tells me what exact model it is, so I'm really stumped here.
