Need Help With .gifs

I know abosulutly nothing about motion files, but i was wondering if there is a way to shrink this .gif (below) into avatar size

 

Put it in html and resize it like that.

 

ARGH FFS it aint working cant help you lol, whenver i upload it, it crashes and goes back to nomral size :S this is what i did: Copy and paste this into Notepad: <img src="http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/2885/thvenom2sm4.gif" width="90" height="90"/>

then save it as Sig.html < make sure its html at the end. and finally open it on a web broswer (IE, Firefox) and its done,

I know thats a huge problem, but meh lol, well i tried.

 

Yeah, resize it through HTML, or get a .psd of it and crop/resize the canvas.

 

The only way i've ever been able to resize a GIF is by cropping each frame individually and putting it back together again .

 

It should auto-rezize it for you :/

well it doesnt

 

Resize the first frame and it will resize them all...
Just make sure you don't crop off anything you need.
I'd just resize it all, then crop around it if I was you.
