sorry I Didnt No Were To Put This But My Mate Has Been Banned For Infactions & He Would Like To Make An Appale But When He Type Him His Name At Top Put In Title Put Message In It Comes Up With Username Already In Use And He Dont No How To Submite Could Someone Tell Me How So I Can Message Him On Msn Would Be Of Great Help Thanks

 

Yes, I've seen more people saying this. I think it's not that important, as long as you include your name in it.

 

He Said If he Type His Name In And Try Send It Just Say Username Is Already In Use? Please Log In But If He Log In He Cant Get to Dispute Fourms

 

Just add in something else, for example "Skele_Master_Dispute" or something along those lines as long as it's clear what his username is somewhere in the dispute.
