Need Help with Creating a website!

Hey I'm looking for an experienced website developer who can help me attach my live chat to it. It would be awesome if you can do it for free I'm not looking to pay a lot for some questions. If you have time just add me on Skype and msg me ill explain what i need help with exactly.
