Need help with Break Handler. (RSBot)

Hello,

So, I've tried DrChicken Bot and Tenac's Draynor Willow Chopper and with both after about 22 minutes, it stops because of Break Handler and then because it doesn't move for 3 minutes, it logs off and unfortunately, it doesn't log back in. So I can't let it run for a whole hour without being near the computer to restart the script before he logs off. So I was wondering, how do you change the settings for Break Handler, like where is the configuration panel?
