need help with black source!!!!

hi i just downloaded a blank source,no info in any of the file's and i just realy need to know if anyone knows where i can get help with my problem or even if you can help me with it but i am realy new to all this and realy need some help

If you are new to coding/private servers etc. then you would be better starting off with a coded source already.. Then check out moparscape forums for tutorials and stuff, get to know the basics. Ask here if you need more help or anything.
