Need Help With a Line i purchased. [Paying]

Hey guys, i recently purchased a pinline of somebody on a different website. He gave me the line to call, the pass code and a 2 digit access number. Heres what happens when i call it.

I call the line, tells me for the pass. I enter the pass. Then it asks me for the access number, which is 2 digits, i entered the acess number, and it said accessed. Then it start ringing straight without any stops. Then the line went busy. What did i do wrong? Please give me positive feedback. Im willing to give you 2 pins if you get this to work. add my msn [email protected] < thank you
