To take control of any other computer? Like one of your own? Or are you looking for a VPS?

If you want access to your own pcs from another pc try - Remote Access and Remote Desktop Software for Your Computer | LogMeIn

Ah not sure of any that you can control via browser sorry

Why would you want to control it via a browser. There are great solutions available for all platforms. Logmein is one of them.

If you get a VPS from OVH you can use KVM to access and control your VPS in browser. Haven't bought from others that offer it but I would imagine a lot do
