Need help unlocking account

hey everybody, i really need help , i purchased an account today, i was playing on it, etc...when i log out to switch worlds , i try to log in and it said "your account has ben locked please make recovery blah blah," does anybody know a way to unlock your account asap?

none, but after i gave him money he ran off, i changed pass 3 times, set recoveries, and made member through pbp. but when i made member through pbp it didnt ask me for email addy

Just put down all recovs and prev passes in other details. Write previous bank pins and if possible all mem info. IF that doesnt work than I dont know. If you know paypal try reporting to paypal to get money back. Try phoning and explaining but use "product" instead of "runescape account"

Report the user. That's all you can really do; you've got to learn to deal with scammers & spot them out.

no he ran with it...because listen, i do deals like this. pass and name first, then i pay the cash, then you tell me info. there was no recovs sets and not that much info im guessing he had. i still have the account but its only locked.

If you didn't cancel then you should be fine the claim should still be active so in that case paypal will look over the transaction. If you need help with this pm me your msn i'll try to help all i can.

was there recovs on the account when you logged in??? If not then yours are set, if there were recovs on it already it will take 14 days for yours to set
