Hey, I need help badly. I own a server, but my server does NOT have skill capes. I was wondering how I could add it, and other silab items. I was also wondering how I could cut down the wait period between thieving times. Like if I thief from the stall once, then I have to wait 15 seconds, how can I reduce that?
