Need Help setting up server

I have downloaded the repack and followed the instuctions. i have extracted the maps. i changed the realmlist. the README says to launch
/AC Web Ultimate Repack/Server/MySQL.bat
/AC Web Ultimate Repack/Server/Apache.bat
/AC Web Ultimate Repack/Ascent/arcemu-logonserver.exe
/AC Web Ultimate Repack/Ascent/arcemu-world.exe

but when i launch them it says Apache could not be started or MySQL could not be started. the other 2 just close because they say they cannot connect and they exit automatically.

PLEASE HELP

the notepad is what i think the problem is. where it says "line 3 of ...."

i was reading however that this is a common problem and that all i need to do is put the file into the AC Web Ultimate Repack. i have done this however. i never moved it out.

please help me.

 

Try a different repack and see if the same thing happens.

I gave up on my private server. I succumbed to the addiction that is WoW and paid for the game...
