NEED HELP! (Runescape J Coins)

So I recently bought a membership upgrade from sythe from an untrusted user. He basically used paybycash, and then he refunded the money. My account is currently -160 j coins, and I have payed $20.00 using an Ultimate Gamer Card. I contacted PayByCash, and they said that I needed to pay $25.00 because they charge $25.00 for refund payments. Has this happened too anyone? Or any tips or ideas on how to solve this problem without paying the $25.00 fee.

 

look bub i just buy jcoins at 2.00 a peice till i get from -whatever to like +10 - and the 2.00 is 18 coins - so spend like 12-20$ and you will be fixed.. and also once you get it out of negative i think it only takes +6-10 coins to have a month of mems.
