Need help regarding divicasales

    Need help regarding divicasales

    Scammer's profile link: @DivicaSales
    Explanation of the trade: missing 225$
    How they scammed: not really a scam i dont think they just charged 225$ and i called my bank in regards to the 225$ and they said that divicasales charged the 225$.
    Proof that it's their Skype: no skype i do have chat log pictures.

    Bank statement- the 225.25$ getting taken out

    3 other successful trades of the same ammount.

    So idk where this 225.25$ is going or how it got taken out but the bank is saying that they received a charge from divicasales. And divica is saying there is no order ID or anything of this 225.25$
    I know they wouldnt scam just wanna know why they took out an extra 225.25$

    @Wortel ive spoke with chloe on the live chat. Shes very helpful and everything im not saying they are a scammer or anything. But my bank told me they issued the charge. And i would like a mod's input on what to do.

    Wortel, you've worked for a gold site before, we CANNOT charge him a second time for a payment he made once.

    He made a payment of $225 which was successfully delivered.
    He made another payment which was refunded through Paypal.

    We have told him to contact his bank (he actually came into the livechat ~10 minutes ago and said he would come back tomorrow after calling his bank)

    What to do?
    CALL. YOUR. BANK.

    Yes, there was a $225 payment delivered on the 31st of March.
    That "processing" on his bank statement is more than likely the refund.

    I can guarantee he hasn't rung his bank because they wouldn't say we "issued" for an extra $225, a bank just isn't going to give us $225 because we asked for it, we don't even have his details, it goes through Skrill, a completely different company.

    im telling you i called my bank. They said there was a charge issued for this ammount from divica sales

    EDIT: it isnt a refund because theres a minus sign next to the charge anyone with bank of america will second that.

    Send an entire screenshot of your bank statement to Wortel, he'll be able to see exactly what it is because I honestly don't believe it. I can guarantee they've taken the funds from you (which Skrill will do before they process the refund) and that's why it's at minus and process a refund.

    Ive already reveived the refund for the paypal though that was a few days ago. If that was the case i wouldnt be questioning this charge.

    The refund doesn't go into your Paypal balance, so that's a lie, it goes back into your bank, just like here: Gyazo - 7783b5a39f5aa31f706a381601b07130.png

    Send a screenshot to Wortel like I said, he'll be able to see what it's for.

    Oh nevermind yes I do, but you're also minus funds which might explain what that "processing" is.

    Not to mention, there's nothing me or my bosses can do, I've checked our Skrill account and we have no $225 transactions from this person.
    Anyone who has worked for a gold company knows very well we can't just take money from you unless you issue it and physically check-out.

    You buy some milk from a store, you use your card, that super-store cannot then take another $2 from you, it's just not possible. I've sent a screenshot to Wortel of all our current Skrill transactions so he can see we don't have your money.

    So, instead of trying to blame customer service and the person you buy your milk from, actually go to your bank, and tell them to stop the processing or whatever.

    Tell them to stop/cancel the 11/4 transaction? I don't see how that would chargeback the other payments you sent to us.

    This is implying it's even payment sent to us, which I still don't believe because why we would care for your $200 is beyond me.

    i know. I mean what if you were in my spot. And saw a 225$ charge. I'll contact them to see if they can stop the process. and see where it is actually going.
