need help receiving email from runescape

hello, so drento currently has an appeal for a locked account he sold me recently. apparently his appeal was accepted but he can not receive emails from runescape to his email. i checked to make sure it was accepted because when I do the lock appeal it says sending a link to change password to "drento's email". does anyone know how he can make his host able to receive the emails?

 

Has he blocked emails from the Runecape email domain?

Has he checked his junk/deleted folders?

Has he got access to the set email address?

 

Just ask him to submit an email to jagex through their website contact us. I had that problem last time and they solved it for me and changed it to another email.
