Need help on trading real items for RSGP

I recently started RS again and am going for more RSGP to buy a lot of rares and I'm trying to sell a bunch of stuff that other people may want. I was wondering what the process is for selling to other people.
I wanna know the whole process (including shipping) that will make a good and safe trade.
