Need help on Gmaul/range pure

I'm wanting to make a gmaul/range pure, using fast arrows to take opponents down to half hp or so and then gmaul hit + 2 specs ko.

However i am completely clueless of how to go about this? anyone got any tips or sort of general advice to create a good pure?
