WoW Download Help

My friend will not stop bitching for me to try this game.
So i am.
The problem is i keep getting this message when i download it.
"This Application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Does anyone know how to fix it?

 

You need DirectX 9 or Direct3D. I think v10 is out now though, just search it on google.

 

Well i have downloaded it and it has the same problem.

 

Go to google, search for 'd3d9.dll', download it, extract it into your system32 folder and it'll work fine.

Oh and, direct x 10 will only work with direct x 10 graphics cards... EG, the 8XXX series.

Just click the download button, don't click for registry scans or whatever, you don't need any of that garbage.
