Need Help on Dispute

Hello, i got banned time ago for Ban Evading. Thing is i cant prove im not the owner of the first banned account. But i have evidence that confirms that that account was innocent and shouldnt be banned, and that makes me "insanosky" innocent too.

Due to its kind of complicated to appeal through the normal way (nobody understood the last time i tryed to do it), id like to ask for assistance, and maybe explain this to an administrator or moderator.

If anyone can help me i will prove that i am not a ban evader.
