Need help from EXTREMELY trusted sythe memer

I am doing a trade for runescape accounts. He went first but the account he gave me has recovery questions. He gave me the password and all the answers to recovery questions but I cannot access the Recover Password section of runescape. I keep getting a white box and a red x. I need someone very trusted to help me. I need someone to put the recovery information in for me so i can complete the trade. I can give you screenshots of pm's on sythe from him about trade and everything. If you can help me please reply of message me on msn thank you.

 

I would do it if youd like. TBH you dont need to have someone do it for you. right above the white box with red x you should see "if you only see a large gray box, white or transparent box below, click here" the word ehar is a link. If that still doesnt work try downloading fire fox and try it on that or download newest java updates and flashplayer updates.

 

That option is available for all account managment options other than recover password lol..i was using proxy anyway, im home now and i got it.
